We are looking for properties in Texas, Kansas, Arkansas & Missouri primarily at the moment because we can build in the counties w/o a building permit. Septic & Electrical has to be permitted & the proper zoning has to allow what we proposing.

Our Purpose is to create Housing for sale & lease. Our basic goal is to create housing that middle & low-income families can afford to buy not just rent. This process would include structuring creative structure & financing if needed to help families Create Equity, Wealth & Stability.
