We are in the process of creating 2 Funds initially. One Fund involves Businesses and Commercial

Real Estate. It is creating Projects to Develop Energy-Efficient Affordable Housing, for ex. It is also looking at Businesses to Merge with or Acquire to do the Development Projects. This could be called a Private EQuity REIT. We are looking to buy or create Cash-Flow through these different methods but we are much more interested in the Creation of Equity. Our Plans are aggressive as far as what we are offering Preferred Investors because of the ability to create Equity by Development & Forcing Appreciation. We have very little vulnerability to the whims of the Markets or Recessions etc. Everything we do is Insured on top of whatever else we do. This Insurance strategy may be unique

      IC3 Missions Fund is a Fund to perpetuate the International Christian Church. We believe the creation of Businesses and Jobs is the Only way to Stop Human-Trafficking. The Fund is for the purpose of Creating Communities and using the resources of the Fund to create businesses and jobs by paying for the essential tools needed for whatever the Needs are that we identify. For ex. In Kasii county in Kenya, they could use a van to take their peanuts to market and get about 10x more for them there. They could use a brick making machine instead of doing it all by hand. A vehicle to deliver the bricks would be amazing. Providing the proper tools is essential to creating businesses. People come and ask essential questions when their basic needs are being met and when they are no longer Vulnerable. This is the Why we’re doing what we do.

      There is an overriding Strategy we are using that mixes into all aspects of every Fund. It is the Infinite Banking and Leveraging of Insurance Contracts. This process allows liquidity, Safety, Life & Disability Insurance & a lot of potential Tax-Free Benefits. We are essentially creating Infinite Banks for each entity or LLC used in every Fund. We use this strategy to literally Insure everything we purchase or create whether it’s a Business, Real Estate or any Asset.

      We are actively looking for Investors. Investors are viewed as anyone w/ an asset they want to ‘leverage’. We will Design a program for each Investor. Given the right assets or time, we can literally leverage assets in ways a lot of people consider ‘too good to be true’. We like to look at Sellers of Businesses or CRE as Potential Investors. Equity or whatever else that can be monetized can be leveraged by force &/or over time. Again, Everything we do or Design is Insured.
